Terms of use

Golempad is software that opens Uniswap V2 pools quoted in GOLEM (or another ERC-20 the launcher passes). Liquidity is locked. Buys and sells of launched tokens take 1.5%. Nothing can be reversed after launch().

A launched token is not the thing in the picture

This is the most important line on the page. A launched token is a memecoin. Its image is frozen metadata. It is not ownership of that image, not a licence to it, not a copyright interest, not equity, not a share of anything, and not a claim against any person or company.

Whoever created the image is not involved with Golempad, receives nothing from it, and in most cases will never know a token exists. Buying a launched token gives you no rights over anyone’s work. Do not represent it as anything else.

What you upload

You are responsible for every image you upload. By uploading you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload material that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that identifies or targets a private individual, or anything you do not have permission to publish.

We can remove an image from this site. We cannot remove a token. If we take an image down, the token, its pool and its frozen on-chain metadata URL all continue to exist and remain tradeable by anyone who has the address. There is no admin key that could change that, ours included. Please read that sentence twice before uploading something you might want undone.

Takedowns

If you own the rights to an image hosted here, or an image identifies you and you want it gone, contact us and we will remove the hosted copy and hide the token from this site. That is the full extent of what is technically possible, and we will say so plainly rather than imply more.

What the contracts do

Liquidity is placed into a Uniswap V2 pool and LP tokens go to GolemLocker with no withdraw path — not for a launcher, not for us. A token’s name, ticker and metadata URL are written on-chain once and can never be changed. Each launch() deploys a new token; the image is not a unique id. There are no admin keys on the token or the locker.

Buys and sells take 1.5% of the amount: 1% to the launcher, 0.5% to the project. Uniswap V2’s 0.3% swap fee stays in the locked LP. Golempad does not take a separate fee on launch().

Your responsibility

You choose your token’s name, its ticker, its image and how much GOLEM to seed, and you are responsible for all of them. Golempad does not review launches before they happen and cannot undo them afterwards.

No warranty

This software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. The contracts have not been audited. You may lose everything you put in. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell a security.
